Persona


Name: The name of your character. First then Last.
Gender: Male or Female.
Age: This has to match the year you were born.
Birthday: Day, month, year. The current year is X835.
Sexuality: Straight, bi or gay.
Special Characteristics: Is there anything physical that stands out about your character? Piercings, scars, tattoos, birthmarks, etc.

Personality: Describe your character's personality. It has to be at least 100 words.
Likes: What does your character like and why? A minimum of 3 likes.
Dislikes: What does your character dislike and why? A minimum of 3 dislikes
Motivations: What motivates your character and why? A minimum of 3 motivations, or if the first two have been really expanded upon then it's fine.
Fears: What does your character fear and why? A minimum of 3 realistic fears. Ex.: Afraid of the dark, thunder, crowds, etc.

Appearance


Height: Self-explanatory.
Weight: Self-explanatory.
Hair: Self-explanatory.
Eyes: Self-explanatory.
Others: Anything else special about your appearance. We're looking for something constant like accessories. Does your character have to have sunglasses around his or her person every single second of the day? Or maybe a scarf? Watch? Earrings or a necklace?
General Appearance: A general description of your appearance. Describe his or her body structure. Tall or short? Thick or skinny? Buff or lean? What type of clothing do they prefer? And in addition to that – what color or themes does he or she wear most of the time? Things like that. It has to be at least 200 words.

Guild and Magic


Guild: What guild are you a part of – Fairy Tail, Lamia Scale, Blue Pegasus, Phantom Lord, Guildless? Or if you want to go ahead and try for being Rune Knight for the Magic Council? ***Please note that applications for Magic Council will be graded more harshly than regular applications and will have to be 21 or older in age.***
Guild Tattoo: Where is your tattoo located. Even if you're guildless, please put a location for future references.
