Effect: Shigure creates a large volume of water (equivalent to the volume of a schoolbus) that moves at 10 meters per second and is designed to sweep a target off it's feet. Once knocked off their feet, the target then receives damage from being knocked into things like rocks or trees. Shigure can also cast the spell on himself and ride the wave of water to move across a battlefield very rapidly.(10 meters per second)
