Personality: He is a quiet guy that is very intimidating towards people who don't know him, but in the light he is a nice caring guy that protects his friends and people who are defenseless. Keitaro is a guy who thinks highly of justice and doing what is right. He likes girls but is really shy unlike his rival and friend Toshiro who always tries to bring him out of his shell. He loves being around people but never knows how to approach them. He loves going to karaoke anytime with Toshiro but when it comes to his cooking he would run from him. Keitaro is a person who's always in deep thought, he loves to do his thinking while looking at the night sky.

He has a muscular body and he has a Striped tattoo around his upper right arm under his Guild tattoo and crossed swords on the right. He wears ear rings on both ears and wears a star necklace that he made when he was a kid that he hides in his shirt from Toshiro from recognizing it. His hair color was changed from blond to black and his eyes from blue to green with a spell Fairytail's master cast to hide his identity. He wears black long pants with spiral symbols going down the legs. His shirt is a magic manipulator that gives him ice powered wings to flies. His scar is hidden behind his sun glasses from being known to people who know him.

Description: Dragon Slayer Magic is a form of magic which grants the user some characteristics unique to ice Dragons, allowing them to incorporate the element of ice granting them the ability to speed up and to be more evasive with making the area cooler. This magic relies around the use of ice for both attack and defense, and to cover their body with ice in order to dramatically increase their defensive power, at the same time greatly boosting their offense as well.
Strengths:The Magic relies around the use of Ice for both attacking and defense, with the user being capable of creating a wide area of ice from his body to attack the opponents both in melee and from a distance, and to cover their body with ice in order to increase his defensive power, at the same time greatly boosting their offense as well. Ice Dragon Slayers is also usually made of ice which makes attacks swifter then usual. His combat skills make him more cunning to evade attacks.
Weaknesses:Being a form of Dragon Slayer Magic, this also allows the user to consume external sources of ice/snow to replenish their strength and restore their body to a healthy state, though he is unable to eat ice that he himself created. Also fire can also be a big threat if it keeps him from not being around places where he can get to cooled things to restore his strength. Out of love for his brother he is unable to fight and kill his younger evil twin brother.



History: Keitaro was 6 years old when he came in contact with Katara. His brother Gin and him found Katara after traveling to the north after their parents died of unknown reason to them. They was close but after a year only one could have the power of Katara the Ice Dragon and be the slayer. The test came around to see who would have the best potential to gain her power. Keitaro came on top in the end but Gin did not take it too lightly. That night he tried to kill Keitaro in his sleep but got interrupted by Katara. In the confusion Katara tried to stop him but he evaded right when Keitaro woke up and got scratched by her claw. He forgave her for it because he knew what really happen, but he was sad that his brother tired to kill him and then fled. Keitaro continued to train with Katara to become a Dragon Slayer and to use Ice Dragon Slayer magic. He also learned to love people for their flaws and to protect them from harm. When Keitaro hit the age of 11 Katara disappeared and he was scared to know that he would be alone after what happen all his life. He remembered his birth parents talking about a great guild when he was a kid that he always wanted to visit to see the wizards and become one in it. So he started his journey, while his brother made his way a contact assassin for the dark guild.
Along the way he finds a egg that he thought it resemble a dragon egg. He brings the egg with him. Along his travels the egg started to and let out a flash of light and in front of him appeared a black cat with white wings and talks. He names him Sho and invites the little guy to join him. After a long journey he arrived in Magnolia to join Fairytail, but after awhile to think about it he wanted to be in it but not without his brother. He talked to the master to agree on being a freelancer through Fairytail until he could find his brother. He trained with magic user in the guild to further master his powers. A year later after a mission, he met Toshiro and Hibiki and became close friends. A few months later the Dark guild kidnapped Keitaro and took him away to show him his brother who has continued to hate him and still wants to kill him. The master of the Dark guild attacks Keitaro and starts a battle. In the commotion Toshiro walks in when a big blast from their master power that destroys the area around him. Toshiro believe his friend to be dead but in the mist of battle he rescued from the blast and removed from the area by Sho. Sho takes him to the master who changes some of his appearances and gives him a new identity to protect him and to finish his battle with his brother. He joins Fairytail as a full fledged member. He is known in Fairy tail as the Ice Warrior for his intimidating aura through his powers. But is still very excepted by everyone. But he still tries to avoids Toshiro to keep his identity being known and to protect him from any pain again. He still tries to find any clues to Katara and know that working with Fairytail will lead him closer to her and his brother.
RP Sample: Keitaro wakes up after being unconscious for a week "Ah, what happened?" the master walks into the room and explains of the battle and how Sho saved him "Keitaro you now understand what's happening so you have to be like this, I use a spell to change basic appearances but you have all the same features just your eyes and hair change." After a talk he joined the guild "You are now part of fairytail." Keitaro changes his clothing to be more discreet and then went to the dorm that the master assigned him to. On the way he starts to think about the battle "I can not believe my brother is with that Dark guild... Ahh I will finish this the best way possible." He remember what the master said to him about Toshiro "Because you changed you should not avoid him, he is still your friend and you should try to start a new relation with him as Taroguchi". Keitaro is still reluctant to do that because he doesn't want him to be involved with his problems. He passes Toshiro along the way flirting with girl like always and smile to just see his friend safe. "Toshi that idiot is at it again. Always the same, I will just knock some sense in to hi-... Oh yeah I am not Keitaro no more, I'm now Taroguchi". Keitaro later heads to his dorm to grab his sword and heads to Fairytail to work on missions.

Please take out "On the verge of death, the master and his friend revives him and gives him a new identity to protect him and to finish this battle with his brother." Also, please fix all your grammar mistakes, i dnt care if you don't use proper grammar in the chat box but i DO mind it in the forums. (I corrected some of your grammatical errors, it's up to you to fix the rest.)

One more thing, you're a dragon slayer so you need an exceed companion. Also, you didn't tell how you trained to learn your magic. Those thing need to be in there as well. You character will not be approved until u have met all the requirements.
